Keyhook

As a lead front-end developer at Keyhook, I am responsible for the UI/UX design and development for both the Keyhook web and mobile applications, as well as the product website.

While in my role at Keyhook, I have overhauled the product design language and visual perception in terms of both design and implementation, while simultaneously and consistently working with the team to brainstorm, design and implement new features and offerings to extend the platform and cater to the requirements of our users.

I also mentor several junior and intermediate developers, supporting their growth.

Key projects have been intimately involved with in addition to the above include:

Introducing support to the platform for property managers, and accomodating the differences between operating as a management agency as opposed to as a private landlord.

- New Zealand's first AI chatbot for helping both tenants and landlords understand their rights under local legislation

- A bank-feed-connected reconciliation system for managing, linking and describing transactions for various property-related expenses and income.

- Iteratively improving the user onboarding experience and retention.

- Optimising SEO and the effective reach of the platform.
